1. Returns

Due to the nature of party decoration products, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered, except in the cases mentioned below.

2. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

We offer replacement or refund only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or torn

  • The wrong item is delivered (different design/size than ordered)

  • The product is missing items from the package

3. Conditions to Raise a Request

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging and invoice must be available

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect product must be shared

Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

6. Replacement Policy

  • Approved replacements will be shipped at no extra cost

  • Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on location

7. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind

  • Color/design variation due to screen display

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
